The lot
purchase process is very simple. You begin by picking out the best
lot for your building plan. Then you will sign a purchase agreement
at which point you will write an earnest deposit check for your
lot. You will have 30 days from the date of the purchase agreement
to close on the lot that you’ve selected. The Title Company will
work with you in arranging a closing date and time that are
convenient for you.
Materials
you will receive at and during the purchase process:
*A brochure on
Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions.
*A copy of the
contract for the Lot Purchase and earnest deposit check.
*A copy of the
Lot Description map, a Drainage Map, and a copy of the covenants for
the neighborhood.
The Title
Company will be sending you additional documentation and
correspondence during the thirty days leading up to the closing.
